Is there a physical store?

The short answer is no. Although we do have a business mailing address so that we can accept returns, we are currently an online shop only.

Where do products come from?

We have partnerships with several well-researched and well-vetted manufacturers that provide excellent quality products. They’re based in Asia, Europe, South America and the United States.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payments are processed pending credit card verification submitted during your checkout. Once your payment has been accepted, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Payment methods and billing information cannot be changed after you place your order. We may also contact you for additional verification during a fraud review.

How long does it take for an order to process and ship?

Order processing takes 2-5 business days and delivery takes 5-10 business days. Holiday purchases may delay processing and shipping by 3-4 business days.

How can I cancel my order?

We attempt to process and ship as quickly as possible. Once an item has been shipped, we are not able to cancel. If you have any questions, then please email stephanie@wisebutterfly.shop

How do I care for my clothing items?

For longevity, we recommend either washing in a delicate cycle and gentle drying cycle or dry-cleaning. Please refer to the instructions included in your clothing items.
